Electronic Exchange

Our services provide the exchange of any electronic data, whether a document, data file or image in any format with your trading partners. This exchange can include not only ANSI, EDIFACT and other standards or proprietary formats in XML, csv, text file but also fax, pdf and emails. Every single transaction, no matter how it originated, is tracked and archived permanently.

This electronic exchange can also be used internally to move data from legacy, de-centralized systems to newer, centralized systems in an automated manner.

Invoicing & Billing

We have three aspects of our electronic invoicing services through LAMBediSM that may interest you. These strategies can deliver greater efficiencies, help reduce operating costs and improve your relationships with suppliers, vendors and customers locally and internationally.

The three areas are:

• Receive invoices electronically from suppliers and vendors directly from their systems into your internal systems automatically. We would start with their major suppliers and vendors as they are most likely to have systems that can generate some electronic invoice data file. This file would be securely transmitted to you by LAMBediSM and converted into the formats required by your internal systems for processing. Then, we would roll it out to the smaller vendors and suppliers. If they don’t have a means to create a data file, we can provide fax/image to data conversion ability so that you can still get the invoice data directly into their internal systems.
• Deliver your invoices to its customers electronically in any format the customers require. This would include XML, X12, EDIFACT and proprietary or unique formats that a customer might use because of their internal systems. Also, we could send a standard pdf invoice to your customers if these clients do not have a system to process a data file.
• Provide EDI services for you to offer to its customers including handling the exchange of electronic invoices and payments for your customers and their vendors, suppliers and clients. You become the customers’ EDI full service vendor that would include not just invoices, but contracts, orders, payments, shipping notices, manifests, etc. Again, you can offer EDI services for their customers to use at local, national and international levels.

Secure Mobile Transactions

LAMBmobileSM is the porting of our LAMBediSM and LAMBsecureSM services to the mobile PDA and smartphone environment. This means that you can benefit from our unique EDI and secure email functionality even in a cellphone. Contracts, invoices, payments, and other standard or proprietary EDI transactions can be supported. In addition, reports, spreadsheets, diagrams and other information can be delivered securely to portable devices. Distributed databases can be kept in sync between the dynamic data created "on the field" captured in the PDA and the core internal systems back at the office.

Business Intelligence (BI) Research

Since all transactions are permanently retained by LAMBservicesSM and always available in a completely open and secure environment, you may consider using this availability to retrieve historical data to perform trend analysis, competitive reporting and other analytics common in business intelligence operations.

Data Warehousing

LAMBservicesSM provides support for data warehousing applications by providing an open access or SQL support for every transaction processed and archived by LAMBservicesSM. Since every transaction is never deleted, LAMBservicesSM can be a valuable data store to populate data warehouse databases in real time or batch modes.

Data Mining

LAMBservicesSM can be easily enhanced to provide specialized reports from historical data stored in its archive.
