Toronto Report
LAMBediSM can dynamically create a spreadsheet (termed a "Toronto report") listing every transaction exchanged with your trading partners detailing specific information, such as purchase order numbers, trading partner name, delivery date, total dollars, when sent and when confirmed by the trading partner. This report can be generated at any time on demand. All data resides locally in your LAMBediSM installation. With this information, you will know your electronic trading position across all your trading partners within a few minutes of sending them out. Some of our clients use this confirmation response to pro-actively contact their trading partners to encourage them to process the transactions and resolve any discrepancies. We have found in talking to our clients, this has helped them bring their accounts receivables in sooner, in some cases reducing the payment cycle by half or more.
