Warren Lamb
President & CEO
Warren has twenty years of experience managing large-scale international e-commerce initiatives, enterprise level software projects, and multi-company e-business initiatives.
As prime consultant for US Cable Networks, the Canadian advertising media industry, and the Australian Broadcast industry, Warren has been instrumental in developing and implementing the e-business strategy for media clients around the world.
Before forming WL&A in 1989, Warren managed the development of international banking and trading applications as the Senior Project Manager for GE Information Services (GXS).
Brian Pearman

Brian Pearman has more than thirty years of experience in the advertising industry. As the President of Electronic Space and Time, Brian helped to steer the Canadian advertising industry toward the adoption of b2b electronic document exchange standards.
Brian's experience also includes roles as: COO/EVP for Genesis Media, responsible for the management of Federal Government AOR and Business Depot; VP Media Director with Benton & Bowles, with prime responsibility for Procter and Gamble; and President of Media Canada, the Federal Governmentís media buying agency, responsible for a staff of 50 with offices in Toronto and Montreal and annual revenues in excess of $150 million.
Brian joined Warren Lamb in 2002 to spearhead sales to agencies and broadcasters of the companies EDI products, firstly in Canada and subsequently in the US. In a period of less than 3 years, WLA became the dominant organization for the delivery of electronic invoicing for both Canadian TV and Radio. Sales in the past two years to both US agencies and broadcasters of electronic contract/contract changes and invoice products, have shown excellent growth in a very competitive environment. We continue to show a very positive trend in business growth aided by a continued development of other EDI products for the advertising industry.
David Mulrooney

David has over 15 years experience in the banking and wealth management industries. As an EVP with several respected banking organizations including Wachovia and SunTrust, he was responsible for leading and managing high performance sales and service divisions with a special focus on developing and executing business strategies designed to balance the competing demands of growth, efficiency, and profitability. Prior to his career in banking, David practiced law with a focus on insurance litigation and tax/estate planning.
David utilizes his extensive experience and knowledge of business strategy, organizational effectiveness, and marketing to assist WLA clients in developing and implementing data interchange and paper replacement strategies.
David earned a bachelors degree at Duke University and a juris doctor degree at the Emory School of Law. David completed post-graduate study from Northwestern University and continuing education in the securities and risk management industry.
Bruce Brickman
VP Business & Legal Affairs
Mr. Brickman has over thirty years of legal experience dealing with questions involving technology transfer and intellectual property. He is an internationally recognized authority on planning and crafting complex commercial arrangements involving technology licensing, access, and usage. In addition, Mr. Brickman is the author of two books on focused on technology & the law and -- was recently accepted by a federal court as an expert on software contracts.
Mr. Brickman focuses on designing relational arrangements based on linked interests. In this way, business arrangements are keyed to facts and focused on solutions that respect the needs of key stakeholders. Mr. Brickman is also an adjunct professor at Rutgers University, School of Communication. He teaches a Masters Level Course focused on "Practical Communication."
Mr. Brickman has been involved with the WL&A for over five years. He has provided legal advice and been a key participant in the planning and implementation of WL&A's business strategy.
Les Simon
VP Research & Development
Les has over 20 years experience in systems analysis and software development, spanning diverse areas as RF/GPS firmware, electronic healthcare insurance claims, and electronic data interchange for the banking and media industries. He has been with WL&A for 14 years, successfully leading the design and development efforts of our software initiatives.
Tom Garst
Director, Finance and Strategy
Tom worked extensively with electronic trading and applications of software technology in his ten year career in finance. Productivity-enhancing technology applications enabled Tom and the teams that he served with to consistently exceed sales, efficiency and profitability goals.
Tom helps clients and prospects of Warren Lamb & Associates identify connectivity solutions in communication, translation and encryption across disparate hardware and software systems. His clients benefit from his experience and knowledge of finance, economics, business strategy and marketing.
Tom enjoys public speaking, is a published author and has served as an adjunct instructor of business administration at Milligan College since 2005. Tom earned bachelors and masters degrees at Wright State University (1986, 1987) and a masters and doctorate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (1991, 1997). During his career, Tom completed post graduate corporate management training and years of continuing education in finance, risk management and law.
