LAMBpapersm converts paper documents, faxes, emails, PDFs, and images into meaningful data that is automatically fed into your internal systems. Our technology and services transform the discrete data into the codes and values required for interoperability with internal systems and external relationships. Each paper, fax or email received is reported in a permanent record log useful for auditing and tracking.

The overall goals for better management and processing of records from buyers are as follows:

• Centralize the reception of documents to minimize fax management;
• Improved efficiency and work flow through automatic routing of discrete data from the fax to appropriate applications for processing;
• Convert the various paper and file formats into a standard PDF form for easier review by personnel and to simplify data entry, if necessary;
• Validate the document prior to delivery to the internal core applications. If the document is not valid, then it should not go to the internal core applications for processing;
